Synergy 3D Inc. is a multi cultural & environmental 3D visualization & design studio based in California which produces high quality photo realistic 3D renderings for architecture & interior design firms.

Our first goal is always 100% client satisfaction. With our visualization services and complete delivery process, we can ensure that you as the developer, architect, or designer will receive the best value from our services.
WORKING PROCESS
Step 1
Send us your project files. We will need CAD or PDF floorplans, and material references. We can also work with hand sketches or digital 3d files from software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, DWG, OBJ, etc.
Step 2
We will reply with a proposal for your project in a few hours, if you email us during the day we will be in touch almost instantly. A signed proposal or notice to proceed is required to start.
Step 3
We will ask for a 50% advance downpayment, 50% upon completion. Funds are accepted through online payment using Paypal, and we accept Bank wire transfer.
Step 4
We will begin work. Most projects only require 1-3 days of turnaround based on scoup, then we will begin sending progress renderings. Revisions are free as long as they are within the original scope of the project.
Step 5
Once you are satisfied with the progress renderings, we will request final payment. Then we will deliver your final renderings in high resolution via e-mail directly.
